Crispy Rosemary Chicken Recipe

  • 3/4 cup POST GRAPE-NUTS Cereal
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place cereal in blender container; cover. Blend on low speed until cereal is finely crushed. Mix with seasoning in shallow dish.
  2. Brush chicken lightly with oil, then dip into cereal mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides. Place in greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan or on greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
