Crispy Rice Marshmallow Carrots Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Market Pantry™ butter
  • 1 (10 ounce) package Market Pantry™ marshmallows
  • 5 1/2 cups Market Pantry™ crispy rice cereal
  • 4 teaspoons orange nonpareils sprinkles
  • 2 teaspoons lime green nonpareils sprinkles
  1. Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted.
  2. Remove from heat. Immediately add cereal, stirring evenly to coat. Cool 10 minutes.
  3. Place 1/4 cup cereal mixture between 2 pieces of waxed paper. Roll forming into a carrot shape. From top of carrot pinch about 1-inch down creating a leaf top. Repeat with remaining cereal mixture, forming 16 carrots.
  4. Place orange sprinkles in small shallow dish; repeat with green sprinkles. Roll and lightly press orange on top and sides of each carrot. Roll and lightly press green on top and sides of each leaf top.
