Creme Fraiche II Recipe

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
  1. In a clean jar with a lid, combine the cream and yogurt. Close the lid, and shake vigorously for 1 minute. Leave the jar out on the counter for about 1 day. It should thicken up. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 day before serving.
