- 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular, 98% Fat Free or 25% Less Sodium)
- 1 1/2 cups Swanson® Natural Goodness™ Chicken Broth
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked instant white rice
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Mix soup and broth in saucepan. Heat to a boil.
- Stir in rice and cheese. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Serve with freshly ground black pepper and additional Parmesan cheese.
