- 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
- 2 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups peas, fresh or frozen
- In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Add peas; toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
