Creamy Mint Peas and Pasta Salad Recipe

  • 1 (16 ounce) package Archer Farms™ fusilli corti pasta
  • 1 cup refrigerated 4 cheese Alfredo cheese sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen sweet peas
  1. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Run under cold water to cool.
  2. Meanwhile, stir remaining ingredients in large microwavable dish. Cover and microwave on High 6 to 8 minutes, stirring half way through cooking time.
  3. Stir cooked pasta into pea mixture.
  4. Cover and store in refrigerator until chilled and ready to serve.
