- 1 (16 ounce) package Archer Farms™ fusilli corti pasta
- 1 cup refrigerated 4 cheese Alfredo cheese sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen sweet peas
- Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Run under cold water to cool.
- Meanwhile, stir remaining ingredients in large microwavable dish. Cover and microwave on High 6 to 8 minutes, stirring half way through cooking time.
- Stir cooked pasta into pea mixture.
- Cover and store in refrigerator until chilled and ready to serve.
