Creamy Garlic Dip With Crudites Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1/2 cup dry NESTLE® CARNATION® Instant Non-fat Dry Milk
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • assorted fresh vegetables for dipping
  1. COMBINE sour cream, dry milk, green onions, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl; stir until smooth. Serve with vegetables.
