Creamy Garlic Aioli Recipe

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch ground white pepper
  • 1 cup canola oil
  1. Place egg yolks, garlic, 1 teaspoon vinegar, mustard powder, salt, and white pepper in the bowl of a food processor. Cover and turn processor on; pour in canola oil in very slowly at first, then more quickly as mixture thickens. Blend in remaining 1 teaspoon vinegar.
