- 2 egg yolks
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoons vinegar, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch ground white pepper
- 1 cup canola oil
- Place egg yolks, garlic, 1 teaspoon vinegar, mustard powder, salt, and white pepper in the bowl of a food processor. Cover and turn processor on; pour in canola oil in very slowly at first, then more quickly as mixture thickens. Blend in remaining 1 teaspoon vinegar.
