- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup plain kefir (can substitute plain yogurt)
- 2 teaspoons dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1½ teaspoons granulated garlic
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ½ tablespoon white wine vinegar
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- The Process
- Place sour cream and yogurt in a medium size bowl, whisk in all other ingredients, stir until well blended.
- Dressing will keep in refrigerator for a week.
