Creamy Cauliflower Soup from Green Giant® Recipe

  • 1 (20 ounce) package Green Giant® Garlic & Herb Mashed Cauliflower
  • 1 cup milk (or chicken or vegetable broth)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Cook Green Giant® Garlic & Herb Mashed Cauliflower according to package directions.
  2. Combine Green Giant® Garlic & Herb Mashed Cauliflower with milk in microwave safe container.
  3. Microwave on High 1 to 2 minutes or until hot.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
