- 1/4 cup minced fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed

- Combine cottage cheese, buttermilk, chives, Parmesan cheese, and garlic in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade; process until smooth. Season the dressing with pepper and salt.
