Creamed Spinach Casserole Recipe

  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/3 cup crushed buttery crackers or seasoned croutons
  1. Mix spinach, cream cheese, milk and seasoning salt until well blended.
  2. Spoon mixture into 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with crushed croutons.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
