- 2 cups cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon chives, minced
- salt and pepper
- Steam or microwave cauliflower until it is very soft. Pour off excess liquids. Put cauliflower, butter and cream in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Stir in chives and salt and pepper to taste.
