  • 1 (1 pound) loaf Safeway SELECT Artisan Sour Dough Bread
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 teaspoons minced parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Safeway SELECT Seasoned Rice Vinegar
  1. Tear or cut 1 Safeway SELECT Artisan Sour Dough Bread (1 lb.) into 6 equal pieces; place on an 11- by 17-inch baking sheet.
  2. Bake in a 350 degree oven until warm, about 10 minutes.
  3. Confetti Relish: As bread warms, combine cucumber, red onion, red bell pepper, parsley, and Safeway SELECT Seasoned Rice Vinegar, in a small bowl.
