- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon English-style dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- In a bowl whisk together the syrup, the mustard, the vinegar, the cranberry juice, and salt to taste, add the oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk the vinaigrette until it is emulsified.
