- 2 small pears, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Archer Farms® granola, any flavor
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray two 10-ounce custard cups with cooking spray.
- Toss pears, cranberries, sugar, flour and cinnamon in medium bowl and spoon into custard cups. Toss granola and butter in small bowl; sprinkle over fruit.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Enjoy topped with ice cream, if you like.
