Cranberry Orange Stuffing Crusted Chicken Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® Half the Fat Olive Oil mayonnaise-type dressing
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 4 (5 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup seasoned cube stuffing mix, finely crushed
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Combine Hellmanns(R) Half the Fat Olive Oil mayonnaise-type dressing, cranberries and orange peel in medium bowl. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with stuffing crumbs.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
