- 1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
- 1 cup canned cranberry sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 4 (4 ounce) boneless chicken breast halves, skinned
- 2 teaspoons Morton® Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend
- Orange slices (optional)
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Combine cranberry juice, cranberry sauce and cinnamon in a small saucepan; bring mixture to a boil. In a bowl combine water, cornstarch and sugar; mix well. Add cornstarch mixture to cranberries; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Brush each chicken breast with 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce and sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon Morton(R) Natures Seasons(R) seasoning blend.
- Bake at 350 degrees F, 30 minutes. Serve with additional sauce and garnish with orange slices and parsley.
