Crabby Orange Salad Recipe

  • 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 3 large oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sweetened whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  1. In a medium bowl, toss together the crabmeat and oranges. Cover and chill.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, mayonnaise, whipped cream and sugar. Serve over the chilled crab mixture.
