- 1 (14 ounce) can baked beans
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 (14 ounce) can chili with beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
- In a large nonstick pan, brown the beef and onions. Drain the grease. Add the beans and chili, and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve and garnish with shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese.
