- 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 cup cornmeal
 - 4 teaspoons ground cumin
 - 2 teaspoons onion powder
 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
 - 2 teaspoons dried oregano
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1 teaspoon pepper
 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
 - ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:
 - 1 (3 pound) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up and skin removed
 - 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
 
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first nine ingredients. Store in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.
