Corn Salad I Recipe

  • 10 ounces white corn, drained
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup creamy salad dressing (e.g. Miracle Whip)
  1. In a bowl, mix the corn, green onions and eggs. Add enough salad dressing to create a smooth creamy consistency. Sprinkle with paprika for color.
