Corn Pudding Recipe

  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8.5 ounce) package corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 eggs
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
  2. Spoon into 13×9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with additional butter, if desired.
