- 1/2 cup Becel® Buttery Taste margarine
- 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- Mix the margarine, shredded cheese and barbecue sauce in a bowl. Spread 1 teaspoon onto a grilled or boiled ear of corn. Or, stir 1 teaspoon into ¾ cup hot cooked corn instead.
