Corn on the Cob Parm Recipe

  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
  • 4 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons paprika
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
  2. Spread 1 teaspoon butter onto each corn on the cob; top each with 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, salt, and pepper. Wrap each corn on the cob with aluminum foil.
  3. Grill until corn is tender, about 10 minutes each side.
