Cool Chicken Wrap Recipe

  • 4 (12 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 4 cups shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans chicken or tuna, drained and flaked
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans RED GOLD® DICED TOMATOES or REDPACK® DICED TOMATOES in JUICE, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese
  1. Spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on one side of each tortilla and sprinkle with dill weed. Layer equal amounts of lettuce, chicken, RED GOLD(R) or REDPACK(R) DICED TOMATOES, green onions and cheese in the center of each tortilla.
  2. Fold the bottom of each tortilla up 2 inches and then roll to enclose the filling. Wrap each tortilla tightly with plastic wrap.
  3. Store in refrigerator until serving time. Cut each wrap into halves before serving.
