Colorful Bean Salad Recipe

  • 1 (15 ounce) can Westbrae® Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can Westbrae® Whole Kernel Yellow Corn
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, finely chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Hain Pure Foods® Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Hain Pure Foods® Garlic Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Hain Pure Foods® Sea Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Chill well before serving.
