- 2 cups COLLEGE INN® Turkey Broth (99% Fat Free)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 3/4 cups wide egg noodles, uncooked
- 2 cups frozen or fresh tiny broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cups cooked turkey, diced
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- In 6-quart saucepan, combine broth, milk and butter; heat to boiling.
- Stir in uncooked noodles and broccoli; return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover. Cook 7 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently, or until noodles are tender and most liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in turkey; remove from heat.
- Stir in cheese.
