COLLEGE INN® One-Pot Noodles with Turkey and Broccoli Recipe

  • 2 cups COLLEGE INN® Turkey Broth (99% Fat Free)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 3 3/4 cups wide egg noodles, uncooked
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh tiny broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked turkey, diced
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  1. In 6-quart saucepan, combine broth, milk and butter; heat to boiling.
  2. Stir in uncooked noodles and broccoli; return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover. Cook 7 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently, or until noodles are tender and most liquid is absorbed.
  3. Stir in turkey; remove from heat.
  4. Stir in cheese.
