- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons cognac or brandy
- 2 cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
- Bring sugar, water and coffee powder to a boil in a small saucepan; boil until slightly thickened, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in cognac (or brandy). Let cool. Layer in parfait glasses with frozen yogurt.
