Coconut Shrimp Salad Recipe

  • 1 (7 ounce) package frozen Archer Farms™ coconut shrimp
  • 4 cups Archer Farms green leaf salad
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Archer Farms refrigerated toasted sesame ginger salad dressing
  1. Bake shrimp according to package directions.
  2. Divide salad greens between 2 serving plates. Top with tomatoes, cooked shrimp and salad dressing.
