- 1 (7 ounce) package frozen Archer Farms™ coconut shrimp
- 4 cups Archer Farms green leaf salad
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Archer Farms refrigerated toasted sesame ginger salad dressing
- Bake shrimp according to package directions.
- Divide salad greens between 2 serving plates. Top with tomatoes, cooked shrimp and salad dressing.
