- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup Equal® Spoonful
- 6 tablespoons unsalted stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup toasted flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup seedless raisins
- Beat eggs and Equal(r) in medium bowl. Mix in butter and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into egg mixture. Mix in coconut, nuts and raisins. Spread batter in lightly sprayed 8-inch square pan.
- Bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven 18 to 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden. Cool completely on wire rack.
