Coconut Frosting and Filling Recipe

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  1. Combine sour cream and sugar; mix well. Stir in coconut. Fold in whipped topping. Spread top and sides of two 9-inch cake layers.
