Coconut and mango smoothie Recipe

  • 100g/3½oz mango, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp runny honey
  • 50g/1¾oz soya yoghurt
  • 100ml/3½floz soya milk
  • 100ml/3½floz coconut milk
  • 1 small handful ice
  • ½ lime, juice only
  • sprig of mint
  1. Blend the mango, honey, yoghurt, soya milk, coconut milk, ice and lime juice in a liquidiser until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall smoothie glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
