- 100g/3½oz mango, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- 50g/1¾oz soya yoghurt
- 100ml/3½floz soya milk
- 100ml/3½floz coconut milk
- 1 small handful ice
- ½ lime, juice only
- sprig of mint
- Blend the mango, honey, yoghurt, soya milk, coconut milk, ice and lime juice in a liquidiser until smooth.
- Pour into a tall smoothie glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
