- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 8 slices 1/2-inch thick, frozen Sara Lee® All Butter Pound Cake, thawed
- 1/2 cup frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
- Chocolate curls (optional)
- Sprinkle sugar over strawberries.
- Place one cake slice on each plate.
- Top each slice with 2 tablespoons strawberries, second cake slice, and 2 tablespoons strawberries.
- Serve with whipped topping and chocolate curls, if desired.
