Classic Boba Tea Recipe
- 2 tablespoons sweetener
- 1/4 cup fresh fruit juice, either raspberry, mango, or apricot
- 2 black tea bags
- 3 tablespoons tapioca pearls
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup coconut milk or cream
- Ice
- Make the tea, using the hot water, and leave to brew for 5 minutes. Before removing the bags, give them a squeeze to release the full flavor.
- Mix the milk with the sweetener.
- Place ice in a tall glass and add the tea.
- Place the juice on top, then add 3 tablespoons of tapioca.
- If wanted, you can add cream to the top.
- Dish up with a large straw.
