Classic Boba Tea Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons sweetener
  • 1/4 cup fresh fruit juice, either raspberry, mango, or apricot
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 3 tablespoons tapioca pearls
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or cream
  • Ice
  1. Make the tea, using the hot water, and leave to brew for 5 minutes. Before removing the bags, give them a squeeze to release the full flavor.
  2. Mix the milk with the sweetener.
  3. Place ice in a tall glass and add the tea.
  4. Place the juice on top, then add 3 tablespoons of tapioca.
  5. If wanted, you can add cream to the top.
  6. Dish up with a large straw.
