Claret Cobbler Recipe

  • Crushed ice
  • Dash maraschino
  • 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 ounces claret
  • Orange slice
  • Pineapple stick
  1. Half-fill a tumbler with crushed ice; add maraschino, sugar, and lemon juice and stir. Pour in the claret. Decorate with orange and pineapple garnish.
