- 5 cups chopped cooked chicken breast meat
 - 1 celery stalk, chopped
 - 4 green onions, chopped
 - 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped
 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
 - 2 teaspoons lemon zest
 - 2 teaspoons orange zest
 - 1 cup mayonnaise
 - salt and pepper to taste
 
- Mix the chicken, celery, green onions, and tarragon together in a large bowl. Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, orange zest, and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
