Citrus Chicken Stir-fry Recipe

  • 1 (10 ounce) package Tyson® Frozen, Fully Cooked Breaded Chicken Tenderloins
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cups hot cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  1. PREP: CLEAN: Wash hands. Prepare chicken according to package directions. Cut tenders in half crosswise.
  2. COOK: In a large skillet heat oil to medium-high; add vegetables and stir-fry 5 minutes. Add stir-fry sauce, orange juice and brown sugar. Continue cooking over medium heat 3 minutes. Toss cooked chicken with the vegetable mixture.
  3. SERVE: Serve over rice. Top with almonds.
  4. CHILL: Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
