Citrus Apple Butter Glaze for Shrimp Recipe

  • 1 cup MUSSELMAN'S® Apple Butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 pounds uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  1. Mix the apple butter, concentrate and lime juice in a medium bowl.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lay shrimp on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
  3. Let shrimp cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly opaque.
  4. Flip, brush liberally with glaze, and cook until opaque throughout, another 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Brush with more glaze before serving.
