- 1 loaf Archer Farms™ raisin nut artisan bread
- 1/4 cup Market Pantry™ butter, softened
- 1/4 cup Market Pantry™ shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup Archer Farms™ jumbo cashews
- 2 tablespoons Market Pantry™ dark brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Archer Farms ™ cinnamon
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Slice six 1/2-inch thick slices of bread from center of loaf.
- In small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Divide mixture evenly among bread slices and spread.
- Place bread on broiler pan and bake 12 to 17 minutes or until bread is crisp and browned and topping is deep golden brown.
