Chowder-Down Corn and Chicken Soup Recipe

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mild green chiles, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked boneless chicken breast halves, chopped
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  1. Stir all the ingredients together in a large pot. Cook over medium heat to desired thickness.
