Chorizo with Grilled Corn Relish Recipe

  • 1 1/4 cups frozen corn
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 (1 pound) package Archer Farms™ chorizo sausage
  • 5 hot dog buns, sliced
  1. Heat grill. Add corn, pepper, onion and oil to large heavy-duty aluminum foil grill bag; seal bag. Shake bag gently to mix. Add chorizo to bag.
  2. Place grill bag on grill over medium heat. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until chorizo is cooked and vegetables are tender, turning once.
  3. Serve chorizo in buns; top with corn.
