- 1 1/4 cups frozen corn
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 (1 pound) package Archer Farms™ chorizo sausage
- 5 hot dog buns, sliced
- Heat grill. Add corn, pepper, onion and oil to large heavy-duty aluminum foil grill bag; seal bag. Shake bag gently to mix. Add chorizo to bag.
- Place grill bag on grill over medium heat. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until chorizo is cooked and vegetables are tender, turning once.
- Serve chorizo in buns; top with corn.
