- 3 packages Market Pantry™ Corn Bread Stuffing Mix
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 (1 pound) package Archer Farms™ fresh Chorizo Sausage Links
- 1 (15 ounce) can Market Pantry™ Corn, drained
- 1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
- Make stuffing mix like it says on the package, using butter and water.
- Squeeze sausage out of the casings and brown in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the corn and chiles to sausage.
- Stir in the cooked cornbread stuffing and serve.
