- 6 slices Archer Farms® roasted garlic bread
- 1/3 cup Archer Farms light Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup refrigerated pesto
- 3 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese pearls
- 4 cups loosely packed ready-to-eat mixed salad greens
- Toast garlic bread, cut into cubes.
- Whisk dressing and pesto in salad bowl. Toss with toasted bread cubes, tomatoes and cheese.
- Serve on salad greens.
