Chopped Panzanella Caprese Salad Recipe

  • 6 slices Archer Farms® roasted garlic bread
  • 1/3 cup Archer Farms light Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup refrigerated pesto
  • 3 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese pearls
  • 4 cups loosely packed ready-to-eat mixed salad greens
  1. Toast garlic bread, cut into cubes.
  2. Whisk dressing and pesto in salad bowl. Toss with toasted bread cubes, tomatoes and cheese.
  3. Serve on salad greens.
