Chocolaty Fruit Dip Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) package Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup HERSHEY®'S Dutch Processed Cocoa
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon orange extract
  1. Beat Neufchatel cheese in small bowl until fluffy. Add powdered sugar, cocoa, milk and extract; beat on medium speed of mixer until smooth.
  2. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight for flavors to blend. Just before serving, wash and dry fruit; cut into serving size pieces, if necessary. (Brush fruit with lemon juice to prevent browning). Serve dip well chilled; refrigerate leftovers.
