- 6 eggs
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 3/4 cup butter
- Combine eggs and sugar, and mix well. Cook in a double boiler, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Pour mixture into a medium size bowl, and add chocolate. Beat until cool. Beat in butter or margarine.
- Chill frosting until thick enough to spread.
