Chocolate Almond Coffee Cooler Recipe

  • 2 cups reduced fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee crystals
  • Few drops almond extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Frozen whipped nondairy dessert topping, thawed (optional)
  1. In a blender container combine LACTAID(R) Reduced Fat Milk, cocoa powder, sugar, coffee crystals, and almond extract. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend until ice is crushed.
  2. Pour into chilled glasses. Top with whipped topping, if desired. Serve immediately.
