- 2 cups reduced fat milk
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee crystals
- Few drops almond extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Frozen whipped nondairy dessert topping, thawed (optional)
- In a blender container combine LACTAID(R) Reduced Fat Milk, cocoa powder, sugar, coffee crystals, and almond extract. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend until ice is crushed.
- Pour into chilled glasses. Top with whipped topping, if desired. Serve immediately.
