- 10 1/4 ounces soft tofu, drained
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 bunch fresh chives, minced
- Purée first 4 ingredients in blender or processor until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to small bowl. Stir in chives.(Can be prepared 4 days ahead. Cover and chill.)
