- 24 Keebler® Chips Deluxe® Cookies
- 12 small scoops of vanilla or chocolate ice cream
- Assorted red, green Christmas sprinkles
- Place a scoop of ice cream on one cookie and sandwich with another.
- Smooth sides and place in freezer to firm.
- Remove from freezer and roll edges in sprinkles. Serve immediately or place in freezer until ready to serve.
