Chipotle Lobster Tartlets Recipe

  • 1 (9.5 ounce) package Pepperidge Farm® Mini Puff Pastry Shells
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chipotle pepper
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 1/2 cup cooked lobster meat, diced (available frozen)
  • 1 medium avocado, seeded, peeled and diced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro leaves
  1. Bake, cool and remove the 'tops' of the pastry shells according to the package directions.
  2. Stir the mayonnaise, cilantro, chipotle pepper, lime juice and zest in a medium bowl. Add the lobster, avocado and green onions and toss to coat.
  3. Spoon about 1 teaspoon lobster mixture into each pastry shell. Garnish with the cilantro. Serve immediately.
